MindSource Center is directly across the street from the King County Library in Covington.

Our clinic has abundant indoor/outdoor play space, a private playground, a large outdoor area for sports, a natural wooded area for campers to explore, and safe access to the Little Soos Creek.

Cost & Payment Information


The total cost for this 7-week program is $9,000. Payment is accepted by check or credit card. Payment plans are available.


Early Bird Discount:
To receive a 15% discount, your application must be received by May 24th, and your registration must be received by June 14th.

25% discount for additional siblings

50% refund if cancelled by June 26th


For all campers, the first payment is due by June 28th. Your deposit of $500 is applied to the total cost of this program.

Option #1
One payment. A 10% discount is offered for payment in full, received by June 28th.

Option #2
Three equal payments. A 5% discount is applied for payments set up on autopay and pre-scheduled for June 28th, July 26th, and August 23rd.

Four equal payments, due by June 28th,
July 26th, August 23rd, and September 20th.


Cancellations are accepted through June 26th, for a 50% refund. No refunds are issued beyond June 26th. If your child is determined by our staff to not be able to reasonably participate or benefit from camp after the start date, you will receive a 100% refund for the unused portion of the program.


Grants may be available to cover a portion of these costs. The Washington Autism Alliance (WAA) maintains a list of possible grants. To access this site, you must become a member. Membership is free.

How To Apply

Our application process is straightforward, and following this step-by-step will allow us to decide together if this program is right for your child. Our goal is to ensure that your child will be comfortable and ready to enjoy the fun adventures we have planned!

Step #1 : Complete the Application

Step #2 : Discovery Phone Call

Once we receive your application, we will schedule a 10-15 minute discovery phone call with you to better understand your child’s needs and determine if the program may be a good fit.

Step #3 : In-Person Pre-Registration Meeting

Next, we will schedule a 30-minute in-person meet and greet with you and your child, which allows us to get to know your child and become familiar with their interests and strengths.

Step #4 : Acceptance Notification

You will be notified of your child’s acceptance within 3 days of the pre-registration meeting. If accepted, you will receive an invitation to register via our registration link.

Step #5 : Registration

Space in this program is very limited and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Once we have received your registration and deposit, your child’s space is reserved and your registration is complete.
