How to Refer a Patient

Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you and your patients when you entrust us with their care. To refer a patient for autism or counseling services, please submit your request using our confidential referral form, or by secure eFax, phone, or secure online portal.

Referrals by phone

Call our Intake Specialist at (253) 508-3860 Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. For emergencies, do not use our referral options. Please call 911 instead.

Clinic Location

The MindSource Center clinic is conveniently located just off Highway 18 in Kent/Covington and is easily accessed by most cities in South King County.

Home-Based &
School-Based Services

Some services may be provided in non-clinic settings. Our on-site service area covers South King County and North Pierce County communities.

Telehealth

For the safety and convenience of our clients, many of our services may be available via Telehealth.

Insurance Plans We Accept

MindSource Center accepts most private insurance plans. If we are not currently in-network with your patient’s plan, we may be able to obtain case-based authorization, with your help. Call (253) 508-3860 for more information.  Please note that we are not currently able to accept Medicaid, Medicare or Apple Health.
